These courses are an invitation to sustain and deepen your practice and explore an integrated approach to yoga. We will use yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy as tools for self-understanding. The practices are explored as springboards for a deep inquiry into our inner experience, to illuminate the way we live our lives.
About Patrick Glennan
Patrick has been teaching yoga for over nine years. He has studied with renowned teachers both in Australia and abroad, and is influenced by a diversity of different styles of yoga, qi gong and meditation. Patrick encourages an integrated approach to yoga and likes to draw on a range of practices and approaches, remaining, however, always mindful of the fact that the practices we undertake (asana, pranayama, mantra, etc.) are not ends in and of themselves, but rather tools for the development of greater understanding and discernment.
Days & Times:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30-8.00am, in four week blocks. You can choose to come to 2 or 3 mornings a week over the four week course.

We allow 2 make up clasess per 4 week course: if you miss classes, you can take up to two classes free of charge of any casual class on our timetable, within 2 weeks of the course finishing.
