Experience movement with moment to moment awareness. A continuous flowing class where movement is synchronised with the breath, to bring a concentrated, meditative quality to your yoga practice. The pace is slow to allow plenty of space for mindfulness and inner exploration. The practice is gently active and deeply mindful to allow a deeper and more integrated experience of the body and mind.
Slow Flow is suitable for beginners and for those experienced who want movement with a gentle and mindful approach.
