Our yoga asana and meditation practice is an invitation to rest from the habits of thinking and overdoing. We rest not as in switching off, but evoking the parasympathetic nervous system and waking up our embodied awareness. Even as we move, we rest into sensation. We rest into the breath. We rest into this moment. We rest into this Life flowing through us.
