Self-Practice with Coaching explores a special approach to yoga where the student is the centre of the practice, with the practice being fully adapted to the individual’s unique yoga journey.
Anahata loves the delightful challenge of helping students move beyond standardised versions of yoga to find their own yoga path. Anahata has almost 30 years experience in yoga and meditation self-practice, has been teaching yoga for 13 years and is a trained yoga therapist. She loves yoga as a deeply integrating practice that embraces all levels of human experience, from physical, emotional and psychological realms, to the spiritual.
Your self-practice journey begins with a 1.5 hours one to one session to design your program. Then you can come once or twice a week. Sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.15am-9.00am.
Individual Consulation 1.5 hours $120 includes program
Sessions: once weekly $25 per session, twice weekly $20 per session
